Rina is a RYT-500 yoga teacher, researcher, and writer based in New York City. She began her yoga practice in 2004 and discovered its benefits for stress reduction and happiness while working as a NYC public school teacher. While helping to found Relay Graduate School of Education and teaching teachers and children over the last decade, she pursued her 500-hr yoga certification with ISHTA Yoga, and earned her masters degree from Harvard in Mind, Brain, and Education.
Kelley has been studying, researching and practicing the empirically validated technology of Naam Yoga as taught by Joseph Michael Levry, PhD, MSIE. Her journey of active inquiry spans the work of Dr Levry, Andrew Newburg, MD and Andrew Neitlich, MBA and lessons learned from life. Inspired by the potential of the "great work" to be a platform for positive change in life, business and the world, Kelley founded Balancing the Executive Lifeâ„¢ in 2007.
